as a little focus for the year ahead i have chosen one word to guide me. DO. i am hoping it will help me move through the months making the most of every week & every day. making sure i DO what i set out to achieve. giving new things a go & not just thinking but DOing.

I like your word!! I probably hope for similar. It's the year I finally want to do a lot of things - lose weight and make happy memories with my kids mainly.

Soooo much better than 'don't' - right. I have had a 'to don't' list of resolutions in the back of my head for years (don't eat sugar, don't yell, don't get frustrated, don't don't don't). DO is much better. You're an amazing do-er anyway, Sarah. I'll look forward to sharing your year! x
