what have you done today that is different from your usual routine?
today
i wanted to make sure the morning was going to be different. so instead of heading home after dropping my school girl off at the bus stop {yes she is now catching the school bus. her choice. she loves it. i am slowly getting used to it!} my littlest love & i headed to the park & the beach. then on the way home there was a special parcel waiting to be collected at the post office. {my copy of 'Bloom' arrived. i can tell tonight will be an early to bed with a good book kind of night}

I got my copy yesterday. It coincided with our 1st wedding anniversary so as much as I would have liked to devour it overnight, I reluctantly put it down to focus on us!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your 1st wa!! Prob a good idea to save the book for another night!
DeleteSpent the morning with my 12 year old tidying his room. thrown out 3 or 4 bags of rubbish- hooray!
ReplyDeleteYay to throwing out rubbish!! I love having a clear out & clean up. So good & a great feeling!
DeleteBrilliant!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Bloom!
Is having your purse snatched straight from your armpit different enough?! mongrel.
Is seeing your unborn child on the monitor and completely forgetting that crap things happen different enough?!
Have a lovely read.
:-) xxx
Oh no that's not good to have your purse snatched. Mongrel indeed. I sure do think seeing your baby via ultrasound would make all your worries disappear. So special!! x
DeleteAbsolutely gorgeous pics of your littlest and what a beautiful day you made for yourselves. Curling up with a good book sounds mighty appealing to me, it's rainy and cold here, yuck. As a result of the bad weather and not being able to get out of the house, I did something very different and didn't put my youngest down for a day nap today. Therefore, I've had a more peaceful evening, as he was so tired, he was out to it by 6.30 and Mr4 enjoyed the extra one-on-one time with Mama before his bedtime xo
ReplyDeleteI'll send you some of the gorgeous sunshine we are having here! Having bubs asleep early & time with Mr 4 sounds like the perfect night. x
ReplyDeleteGreat pics; I love that first shot! There is just something about flip flops that gets me all excited!
ReplyDeleteToday I graduated from Uni (not exactly something that happens everyday!!). It poured with rain but a very timely experience.
ReplyDeleteGod, I love all your shots. Your blog is a constant source of inspiration. Keep it up!
