pizza making 101

when my cousin Louise was visiting us from the UK recently we had pizza making evenings that ensured full tummies, delicious smells & flour from one end of the kitchen to the other! It was lots of fun & Lou is pizza dough maker extraordinaire. {she is lucky enough to visit Italy annually - so jealous!} My husband is keen to build a pizza oven one day so we can enjoy alfresco dining at its best, outdoors with lots of friends, yummi pizzas & memories of Lou's visit & her teaching us the art of pizza dough tossing!

    Oh yum and what a fabulous pizza thrower!:) My parents have built one of them outside their farm house...so fabulous under the summer provencial nights! x
